Franklin Eugene Windle, 78, of Strasburg, VA passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at Shenandoah Senior Living in Front Royal, VA.

A graveside service for Mr. Windle will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at the Lebanon Church Cemetery.

Mr. Windle was born in Woodstock, VA on June 19, 1945, a son of the late Ray Dalton and Catherine Copp Windle.  Mr. Windle was a member of the Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church and retired from Perry Judds, Inc. in Strasburg where he worked as a forklift operator.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Robert L. Windle, and Cora L. Windle.
