Frances Jean Sager, 82, of Winchester, VA passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center.

Mrs. Sager was born in Woodstock, VA on October 19, 1941, a daughter of the late Melvin Lawrence and Dorothy Helen Racey Bailey.  She was a graduate of Strasburg High School and a member of the first graduating class in the new building.  Mrs. Sager was a member of Strasburg Christian Church and retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).  She later worked as a real estate agent with Century 21.

Survivors include her husband William Donald "Billy" Sager of Winchester, VA; her two sons William David Sager (Yvonne) of Tucson, AZ and Jeffrey Scott Sager of Manassas, VA; one grandson Jonathan Sager; two sisters Shirley Bailey Hauch and Karen Bailey Wisecarver along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service for Mrs. Sager will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2024, at Riverview Cemetery with Rev. Rob Lovett officiating.

The family will receive friends at Stove Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m.
