Eugene Roland Haley 60, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024, at his residence in Strasburg, VA.

Mr. Haley was born in Washington, D.C. on July 9, 1964, the son of Alice Lorraine Myers Haley and the late Carroll Cawood Haley. Mr. Haley graduated from high school and went on to work as a carpet installer and concreate supervisor. He loves his family very much. Fishing, golfing, and being the outdoors is what he enjoyed.

Survivors include his three children Joshua Eugene Powers Haley, Andrew Woodrow Powers Haley, Christopher Daniel Powers Haley, along with other family members.

In addition to his father Mr. Haley is preceded in death by his two brothers Carl Edward Haley and Matthew Gabriel Haley.

Services and burial for Mr. Haley will be conducted at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association 11800 Sunrise Valley Dr. Unit 1210, Reston, VA 20191in honor of Eugene Roland Haley.
