Charles David Franklin, Charlie, 75 of Strasburg formerly of Stephens City, VA passed away on June 22, at his home after a long illness.

All services for Charlie will be private.

He was born in Front Royal, VA on October 25, 1946, to the late Clarence Arthur and Gladys Frances Cameron Franklin.  Charlie was a dump truck driver for E.R. Neff with 50 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years Patricia Burroughs Franklin and a son Matthew P. Franklin of Winchester, VA.
