Charles Lee Corathers , 71, a resident of Browntown, Virginia passed away Friday, August 13, 2021 at his residence.

A graveside service for Charles will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Panorama Memorial Gardens with Rev. Scott Priest officiating.

Charles was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia on December 20, 1949 a son of the late William Grant and Mildred Pauline Beam Corathers.  He was a member of Restoration Fellowship Church and was a retired heavy equipment operator.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two children William James Corathers and Elizabeth Pearl Giles along with a brother Terry Lynn Corathers.

Survivors include his wife Eleanor Corathers of Browntown, VA; his children Charles David Corathers of Strasburg, VA, Michael Shawn Corathers of Buckhannon, WV, Misty Lee Waits of Martinsburg, WV, and Anthony Brian Corathers of Browntown, VA; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork St., Winchester, VA 22601.
