Cecil Grant Miller, 93, of Strasburg, VA passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Lynn Care of Front Royal, VA.

Mr. Miller was born in Fishers Hill, VA, on April 3, 1932, a son of the late Raymond Grant and Mary Virginia Rhodes Miller.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, member of the Strasburg United Methodist Church, and former member of the Strasburg Moose.  Mr. Miller retired from Bauserman Transfer having worked 42 years and then worked for Appalachian Freight in Edinburg, VA, and Agmark in Strasburg, VA.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years Betty Jane Robinson Miller; siblings Gladys Price, Jerry Miller, Martha Sager, Charles Miller, Raymond Miller, Jr., and Marshall Miller.

Survivors include his daughter Cecilia G. Miller Kline and husband Michael B. Kline; his grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Matthew B. Kline (Kelsey) and Makenzie G. Kline Walker (Trae); his great grandchildren whom he adored, Weston Walker, Evalynn Walker, and River Kline; his siblings Paul Miller and Judy Hudson along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service for Mr. Miller will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Stover Funeral Home with Rev. John Haynes, Jr. officiating. Mr. Miller will be entombed privately at Panorama Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Sunday one hour prior to the service.
