Carolyn Jennifer Stonesifer, 76, of Star Tannery, VA passed away Saturday, January 16, 2026.

Mrs. Stonesifer was born in England on January 30, 1949, a daughter of the late Authur and Elsie Starmer Holmes. Mrs. Stonesifer retired from U.S. Department of Defense.

Survivors include her sons, Jeff S. Stonesifer and Jason P. Stonesifer; her grandchildren, Michelle L. Stonesifer, Jacob D. Stonesifer; her great-grandchild Caroline Wise.

A celebration of life for Mrs. Stonesifer will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Stover Funeral Home, Strasburg, VA.
