Boyd Franklin Neff 81, a resident of Strasburg, VA passed Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at his residence.

A memorial service for Mr. Neff will be conducted at 11:00 am Monday, December 16, 2019 at the Meadow Mills Church of the Brethren, Middletown, VA. with Rev. Fred Mauck officiating.

Mr. Neff was born on April 30, 1938 a son of the late John Theodore and Laura Virginia Spitler Neff.  He was a member of Meadow Mills Church of the Brethren and a retired auto mechanic.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Jean Arnold Neff and siblings, David Neff, Mabel Lam, Annabelle Neff and Catherine Bowers.

Survivors include his children, Jerry Lee Neff, Tammy Sue Neff and Joyce Ann Olguin; nine grandchildren;  27 great-grandchildren; his siblings, Bethel Funk, Lula Mae Neff and Franklin T. Neff.

The family will receive friends at Meadow Mills Church of the Brethren one hour prior to the service.

The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Stover Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
