Austin Terrance "Terry" Muir 74 of Strasburg, VA passed away Friday, June 3, 2022, at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 2-4 p.m.  Mr. Muir will be laid to rest with full military honor at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

Mr. Muir was born in Pennsylvania on February 2, 1948, the son of the late Austin C and Lila E Vaughn Muir.  He was veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he retired as a Technical Sergeant.

Survivors include his son Howard Muir (Susan) of Toms Brook, VA.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions in memory of Terry to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
