Anna Lee Miller, of Strasburg, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Heritage Hall in Front Royal, VA.

Ms. Miller was born May 7, 1929, in Woodstock, VA daughter of the late Chester and Nola (Kibler) Saum. She was a long-time member of Emmanuel Church of Fisher’s Hill, along with her husband, the late Freeman L. Miller.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra K. Miller-Kazmierczak and her beloved sisters; Louise, Evelyn, Lena, Fleda and Vivian.

Surviving her is daughter, Diana Snarr, grand-daughter Lisa Snarr-Floryancic, of Alexandria, VA, a great-grandson Tyler Floryancic and wife Suzanna of Woodbridge, VA and several great, great grandchildren.

Anna has many friends, and relatives still living in this area: All would say she was a kind, gentle, and sweet person who will be remembered fondly. Her late daughter Sandy once gave her a card which read: If you don’t believe in Angels, you haven’t met my mother.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date this summer.
